The Center for Community Education and Training is offering two new courses this April, featuring noted guest speaker Jim Crosby, a retired Jacksonville, Fla., police lieutenant. Crosby has professionally trained dogs, taught individual and group obedience classes, and addressed canine behavior problems since 1999. Read Article
