Every other year one of our seasoned faculty members leads a group of digital media and animation students on a three week winter program titled Studio Tokyo (DGMA 3113).
While abroad, students explore Japanese art, cinema, animation and digital media. Participants in this course create collaborative animation and digital media projects working with local artists, exercising visual communication skills across linguistic barriers and expand upon research into Japanese media and production methods through site visits to museums and production studios.
