Join us on Aug. 4 & 5 for an All Greek Reunion that is hosted by Alfred State College and the Original 6 Greek Houses! 

On-campus housing and event registration are required prior to the event. Event registration includes ALL activities/meals in the schedule of events. 

** ALL INCLUSIVE means you will have on-campus housing and event registration. **

Schedule of Events

Friday, Aug. 4:

  • 7 - 11 p.m., Lake Lodge: Bowen Brothers Live Band, Cash Bar and light snacks

Saturday, Aug. 5:

  • 8 - 10:30 a.m., Breakfast, Central Dining Hall-Allegany Room: scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, bacon/sausage, home fries, pastries, fruit, coffee/juice
  • 2 - 5 p.m., Activities at Pioneer Stadium: this will be a 'tailgate-style' event where you are welcome to join in the activities but if conversation and relaxing is your style then seating areas will be available. Included are appetizers and a cash bar will be available.

 2 -3:30 p.m.: Cornhole Tournament 
 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.: Flag Football
(will get a complimentary drink ticket for participation)

  • 6 p.m., Dinner and Program, Central Dining Hall

Housing Information

On-campus lodging is available in Main Gate A residence hall. These rooms have two twin beds. Bedding is provided for your stay.

Each 'suite' has six separate rooms that share two bathrooms. Bathrooms have a sink, private toilet and shower. The bathrooms can be locked while showering.  ** Please bring toiletries for your stay. **

If you have other guests that you would like to have within your suite (up to six rooms), we are happy to meet your needs but you must indicate the names of those that you would like to be included in your 'suite.' There will be an area when you register to include this information, or any other notes, that would make your stay more enjoyable while you are visiting Alfred State! If you do not list a preference for those that you would like to have within your 'suite,' depending on registrations you will be initially grouped with your same Greek house or if that is not applicable you will be with those that have a similar class year.
