Gamma Theta Gamma 100th Anniversary Reunion - Housing Accommodations

Start Time
4:00 PM
End Time
11:00 AM

We're celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the TG Fraternity the weekend of Friday, June 17-19. You may make a one or two night reservation for this weekend. Quantity on the housing form below indicates the number of nights you wish to stay, NOT quantity of rooms, therefore if you wish to reserve one bed/room for both Friday and Saturday night, you would select '2.'

On this page, you will find the registration form for on-campus housing. If you plan to stay on campus, please complete the registration form below in addition to the required registration found here.

Overnight accommodations have been arranged in the college's recently renovated MacKenzie South residence hall. If you were once a resident of the MacKenzie Complex during your time as a student, you will be amazed by the updates and transformation! There are two options of rooms in this building:

  • Rowhouses: Three rooms, a bathroom, and common area in each unit.
  • Double Rooms: One room with two single beds and shared bathroom with up to three or four other rooms.
  • You will not be placed with a roommate unless specified below.

In addition to your private room, each floor has a kitchenette and common areas for games and entertainment.

The cost is $55 per bed per night. If spouses plan to share a twin bed or prefer their own twin bed within a room, the reservation must be made per bed, per night. Only register your spouse if you prefer your own beds (remember these are twin sized beds).

Rooms must be reserved and paid for in advance to allow appropriate arrangements. If you wish to room with specific people in a rowhouse or require special accommodations, please note this on the registration form below and we will be happy to work with you!

Ten rooms have also been set aside at the Saxon Inn. This consists of eight deluxe rooms, each with two double beds for $129/night, and two fireside queens for $129/night. If you wish to make a reservation you may call 607-871-2600, and be sure to reference the TG 100th Anniversary block of rooms.

Below is the tentative itinerary for the weekend.

Please keep in mind that prior registration via this link will be required for participation in all activities, in addition to the housing registration below if you plan to stay on-campus. Make your reservation today!

Join your brothers in making a gift to the TG Forever Scholarship in honor of the 100th anniversary.

Feel free to contact Laura Simons at 607-587-3931 or simonsle@alfredstate.edu for assistance with any questions or concerns regarding your reservation.
