The Alfred State College baseball and softball teams have announced the schedules for their upcoming spring trips. The baseball team will be heading to Cocoa Expo in Cocoa, FL while the softball team will be at Snowbird Softball in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The Alfred State College baseball and softball teams have announced the schedules for their upcoming spring trips. The baseball team will be heading to Cocoa Expo in Cocoa, FL while the softball team will be at Snowbird Softball in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The baseball team will travel to Florida on March 10th and will begin their eight-game schedule the following day when they take on Dean (MA) College at 7 p.m. The Pioneers will play a single game each day while at Cocoa Expo. The team will take on ASA Institute and Rock Valley (IL) College twice, and Rochester College JV and Alice Lloyd College JV once.
The softball team is scheduled to play nine games while in Myrtle Beach, SC. They open up on Sunday, March 13th vs. Cardinal Stritch (WI) University in a single game and then play doubleheaders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Lady Pioneers will tkae on Mercer (NJ) CC, Sussex (NJ) CC, Genesee CC, Dutchess CC, Herkimer CC, Danville (IL) Area CC, Delaware Tech, and Rochester (MN) CTC.
