Brackett’s Artwork featured in the Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition
Tammy Brackett, professor and chair of the Alfred State College (ASC) Digital Media & Animation department, had one of her pieces featured in the Memorial Art Gallery’s 67th Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition.
Brackett’s piece, Untitled #1 (remnant), was part of an exhibition that was on display at the Memorial Art Gallery.
On top of having her work displayed, Brackett took part in the Rochester-Finger Lakes Artist Talks! At the event, fellow artists Corinne Spencer and Michael Darcy joined her to discuss their work.

Tim Giagios, cross country coach, was named the AMCC Women’s Coach of the Year.
Ruthanne Ashworth, an associate professor in the nursing department, has joined the Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. as a board member. This is her second stint on the Educational Foundation board.
Ryan Miller, an assistant director with ACES, has joined the Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. as a board member.
Bradley Smith, an instructor in the automotive trades department, has joined the Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. as a board member. This is his second term on the board.
Jennie Thwing, an associate professor in the digital media and animation department, has joined the Educational Foundation of Alfred, Inc. as a board member.
Janel Farrell, an Alfred State Human Services Management major, is one of the inaugural class of EOP Student Ambassadors. Farrell is one of 21 students from 20 different SUNY campuses to be part of the program.
