Alfred State Culinary Arts Department students recently had the opportunity to learn the science behind live-fire cooking from experts at SmokinLicious Culinary Wood Products.

According to an article by the Olean Times Herald, culinary staff members of SmokinLicious “shared food-smoking techniques and what professional equipment the students could encounter during their culinary careers that relates to fire cooking.” 

Headquartered in Olean, SmokinLicious “produces highly specialized cooking and smoking wood products for domestic and international consumer and commercial markets.”
