Alfred State College will host an Oktoberfest dinner from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus.

- Potato beer soup
- Bratwurst with sauerkraut
- Wiener schnitzel
- Brussels sprouts
- German potato salad
- Sautéed cabbage
- Onion tart pie
- Spätzle
- Sauerbraten
- Chicken and dumplings
- Desserts and more
