The Alfred State College cross country team moved back to the top spot of the latest NJCAA DIII poll after falling to #3 in last week's poll.  The Lady Pioneers have been at the top of the poll or tied for the top three of the past four weeks.

The Alfred State College cross country team moved back to the top spot of the latest NJCAA DIII poll after falling to #3 in last week's poll.  The Lady Pioneers have been at the top of the poll or tied for the top three of the past four weeks.

Alfred State is tied at top of the poll with SUNY Delhi and Mohawk Valley CC.  Each school received 360 points.  Region III foes Broome CC and Hudson Valley CC are tied for #6 with 180 points.  Delhi and Mohawk Valley will race vs. each other this weekend while all five schools will compete at Alfred State on Oct. 29th at the Region III Championships.

The Lady Pioneers have this weekend off after a 12th place finish at the University of Rochester Invitational.
