Students with three-year-old Willow Jacobs and her dadSeniors enrolled in the culinary arts: baking, production and management program of Alfred State College recently produced a variety of baked goods, including gingerbread houses, to be used as raffle prizes for a benefit held for three-year-old Willow Jacobs, Wellsville, who has been diagnosed with truncus arteriosus, a rare congenital heart defect. She has had two of four required open heart surgeries.
