Christina Loder (Brantford, ONT) collected the lone hit in game one of the doubleheader. MNE scored 11 runs in the first inning to put the game out of reach.
Jessica Herbst (Naples) allowed just four hits in a complete game effort but was the tough luck loser. Loder was the lone Pioneer with multiple hit finishing 2 for 3.
