Holmok coached at Alfred State from 1990 to 1992 before moving to coach at the high school level.  At the high school level she has coached soccer at Scio Central School and track & field at both Scio and Alfred Almond Central School.  During that time she was also active in coaching youth travel soccer teams in the Southern Tier.

Holmok returned to college coaching in 2005 and spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach at Alfred University.  This summer she has served as an assistant coach for the Rochester Rhinos women's team.

Holmok has a Bachelor of Science degree in Heath Care Administration/Business Administration from Alfred University.  She is also a member of the NSCAA and holds a NYS coaching certificate.
