In May 2012, ACES brought home some more hardware in the form of another gold award from NACUFS for a catered special event at the Lake Lodge. The Dining Services team is part of Auxiliary Campus Enterprises and Services Inc. (ACES), the not-for-profit corporation that provides dining services on campus.
Alfred State’s dining services is on a winning streak. After winning a gold award in 2011 from the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) for a Residential Dining special event, in April 2012 they grabbed a regional finalist position in the New York State Beef Council’s Best New York Burger contest. Now in May 2012 they are bringing home some more hardware in the form of another gold award from NACUFS for a catered special event at the Lake Lodge.
