The Alfred State College School of Applied Technology’s Culinary Arts Department will hold a spaghetti dinner in the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus, Thursday, Oct. 7, from 5-7 p.m. Cost for the dinner will be $12 per person (tax included); cost for children 10 and under will be $6. Proceeds will benefit student scholarships.
Culinary arts students will prepare appetizers, a salad bar, and spaghetti and meat balls and sausage; assorted breads and desserts will be prepared by the culinary arts: baking, production, and management students. A choice of beverages will be available.
This dinner is open to the public; no reservations will be accepted.
