Upon conclusion of his term as NJCFCA President in 2011 Coach Caba will have served 7 consecutive years as a National Executive Officer for the NJCAA Football Coaches Association. Coach Caba believes that serving the NJCFCA has allowed him to give something back to the sport and profession that has meant so much to him and his family.

Incidentally, when the Pioneers open the 2010 season in September it will mark the 5th decade in which Caba has coached college football.
