SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor New Horizon Forum’s spring semester events with “From Alfred to Astrakhan – A Fulbright Semester in Russia.” The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, in Room 215 of the School of Engineering Technology Building from 7-8:30 p.m. The public is invited and a reception with refreshments will follow.
