The 31st annual Culinary Arts Exposition, featuring an exhibit of Epicurean delights prepared by students enrolled in Alfred State College's Culinary Arts Department programs, will be held Saturday, April 26, 1:30-3 p.m., in the Culinary Arts Building on the School of Applied Technology Campus, South Brooklyn Avenue, Wellsville.

The 31stannual Culinary Arts Exposition, featuring an exhibit of Epicurean delights prepared by students enrolled in Alfred State College's Culinary Arts Department programs, will be held Saturday, April 26, 1:30-3 p.m., in the Culinary Arts Building on the School of Applied Technology Campus, South Brooklyn Avenue, Wellsville.

The students' culinary creations will be judged by professionals from the culinary industry, including members of the American Culinary Federation of Greater Buffalo.

Categories in which the gastronomic goodies will be judged include three- and five-course meals, margarine and tallow sculptures, ice carvings, and assorted desserts and pastries.

Special awards will go to entries selected as best of show, best of bakery, best food presentation, best effort, most original, and judges' award.

Tickets for the show and light refreshments are $5 and are available at the door.
