Commencement Checklist

“To-do” list for parents

  • In March: Make your lodging reservations. With the high volume of area visitors during Commencement weekend, we recommend that you make your lodging reservations in advance.
  • By Friday, April 12: If an American Sign Language interpreter is desired, please notify Melanie Ryan at 607-587-4506.
  • By Friday, May 10: Seating and parking are available for guests with disabilities (including wheelchairs). For those requesting specialized seating, only one (1) additional family member/friend will be allowed in the reserved area. Additional guests from the same party will be asked to sit in the general seating area.
