The best way to get the inside scoop and really see what Alfred State has to offer is to come for a visit during the academic year when classes are in session. Before visiting, check out these tips for a successful college visit and questions to ask when choosing a college. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
You may wish to print our visitor's guide (PDF 11 MB), which includes campus maps, to help you locate visitor parking lots. You may obtain a visitor parking permit at the University Police Office located in the Theta Gamma House on the Alfred campus.

For the health of our community, smoking is prohibited on campus except in outside designated smoking areas. See the Alfred campus map and Wellsville campus map for designated areas. Students who need help quitting may get assistance from the Health Services Office on campus.
