It is very strongly encouraged. There is an abundance of information that needs to be passed on to new students with orientation being the primary way of providing this information to them. In addition, students will schedule classes and have their pictures taken for their campus ID cards. The $100 orientation fee will be assessed whether or not the student participates in orientation.
