Scholarships

Two scholarships are available for international students who qualify.

International Excellence Scholarship - Free room (double occupancy) and board to international students who meet two of the following criteria: 550 TOEFL exam score, 3.25 college grade point average (a 90 overall high school average may be substituted), and/or 1200 combined SAT score.

International Merit Scholarship - Free room (double occupancy) to international students who meet two of the following criteria: 525 TOEFL exam score, 3.0 college grade point average (an 88 overall high school average may be substituted), and/or 1100 combined SAT score.

No application is necessary for these scholarships. They are automatically awarded to students who qualify. These scholarships are now only being awarded when a student enters Alfred State College in the fall semester.

No other type of financial aid is available on campus.
