Why can't I login to my live@EDU account?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to login.

1. If you do not put your e-mail address with the @Alfredstate.edu, it will not allow you to log in.
1. i.e., SmithJR@alfredstate.edu will be allowed to log in, SmithJR will not.
2. If your password has not been changed since the mailboxes were migrated to Live@EDU it will not allow you to login. Please refer the "Will My password be the same?" section of this guide.
3. If your account is locked, please call the Alfred State Computer Help Desk at (607) 587-4357.
