What is my username for Live.com?

As of July 12, 2010 - Alfred State College e-mail is being hosted by Microsoft, which means all of the student e-mail accounts were migrated to Live@EDU. Your username will continue to be Username@alfredstate.edu. Your username will still be the first six characters of your last name, the first character in your first name and your middle initial (LLLLLLFM@alfredstate.edu).

E.g., if your name is John E. Smith, your e-mail address/username would be SmithJE@alfredstate.edu. If you do not have a middle initial, it would be SmithJ@alfredstate.edu.

Note: Your username might have a number appended to the end if there are other students with a similar name.
