Absolutely. When classes are not in session, a variety of dorm-style rooms are available. The townhouses offer two-story apartment-style living for your attendees with kitchens, single rooms, shared bathrooms, and air conditioning.
Please let us know if you or any of your guests have special dietary needs. We will gladly accommodate their needs.
No one may bring alcohol to any event on campus. ACES will provide the adult beverages and TIPS-certified bartenders. Our insurance only allows alcohol purchased and served by ACES employees. Additional fees are required for this service. Please talk to your event planner for details.
Parking is plentiful at the Lake Lodge. For on-campus events during the months of August to May, evenings and weekends are the best bet for providing easy parking for your guests. During class times, parking can be difficult but we can arrange an alternative parking location and provide shuttle service for your guests for a small transportation fee.
Standard linens are part of all catered events. Candles, mirrors, vases, and votive holders can be rented. Most of our facilities are decorated for the seasons.
You need not be affiliated with the college to use the facilities. If you need catering services for your event at the college, you must work with ACES' Catering Services.
