The townhouse complex consists of 25 apartments, each offering accommodations to six residents in facilities featuring private bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and two plus bathrooms.

The townhouses, located in the lower area of campus, are primarily available to upper-level students.

Within the complex is the Townhouse Commons Building which houses laundry facilities and may be reserved for meetings and social events.

There is an additional cost [1] to reside in the townhouses.

Townhouse residents may select the townhouse meal plan [2] or an on-campus plan.

Room dimensions are 9'7" x 8'9" and windows are 4'8.5"W x 3'10"H.
