Checklist

Below are tasks to be completed before classes start on Monday, Jan. 18, 2010.

• If you have questions about housing, please e-mail JoAnne White, Residential Life Office, at WhiteJA [at] alfredstate [dot] edu.
• Your acceptance deposit must be paid, or deferred, 72 hours prior to registering for classes.
• Mail or hand deliver health forms and immunization records to the Health Center located in TA Parish Hall.
• Make sure your FAFSA has been filed at www.fafsa.ed.gov and you have added Alfred State College (code 002854).
• If you are a NY state resident, make sure you complete your TAP application at www.tapweb.org.
• Check BannerWeb for any outstanding financial aid requirements.
• Send official transcripts (college/AP/CLEP) to the Admissions Office ASAP.
