Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor

Program Purpose

The program provides training for those who wish to maintain or begin a career in the filed of alcohol and chemical dependency counseling. Special efforts are made to assist participants meeting or exceeding the educational requirements set forth by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) for the Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) designation and the Credentialed Prevention Professional (CCP) and Credentialed Prevention Specialist (CPS).
