Computer System Outage - Update

Here is the latest information regarding the computer system outage.

The following services have been restored:

• ImageNow
• web.alfredstate.edu
• All network printers other than IR copiers/printers
• AutoDesk Licensing
• Some Faculty and Staff Email accounts

Banner and BannerWeb users can return to normally logging into those systems.

We are working through the evening to restore more services and network shares.
