“I’m going to put it to good use,” Mack said. “I’m going to drive it to work every day.”
Alfred State Vice President of Economic Development Dr. Craig Clark has recently been named to the Appalachian Regional Commission’s (ARC) Substance Abuse Advisory Council.
“We are very proud to say that after this graduation we will have over 200 alumni and over 100 active students who are still involved with NSLS,” Troy Morehouse said.
Roughly 300 athletes from 12 area school districts recently participated in the Special Olympics Track and Field Spectacular at Alfred State.
Students enthusiastically accepted the hats and acknowledged that Alfred State helped prepare them for the workforce.
The student speaker was Hannah Weaver, of Spencerport, a May 2019 graduate of the business administration baccalaureate degree program.
Alfred State masonry students are gaining real-world, hands-on experience and helping out the village of Wellsville through construction of a welcome sign.
Altogether, the talents of 25 student clubs and organizations were highlighted in the Pioneer Expo’s showcase portion.
Collectively, the 28 Alfred State students scored five points higher than the national average and accounted for a pass rate that was 9 percent higher than the nationwide rate. Altogether, more than 1,300 students from around the country participated in the exam.
Devon Clark, a construction management student from Perrysburg, was recently inducted into the Zeta V Chapter of the Sigma Lambda Chi (SLC) International Construction Management Honor Society at Alfred State.
