About 150 professionals convened on the Alfred State College recently to attend the fourth annual Conference on Aging. Rose Marie Fagan, outreach coordinator, The Pioneer Network, who served as the morning's keynote speaker, discussed pioneering approaches to change the culture of aging from the traditional nursing facilities to a culture that is life affirming, satisfying, humane, and meaningful.

Students enrolled in the Automotive Trades curriculums at Alfred State College will celebrate National Car Care Month in April by hosting their annual Car Care Awareness Day on Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in freshman shop on the School of Applied Technology Campus, Wellsville, with a variety of FREE services.
