COSA planning teamMembers of the planning team for the Center for Organic and Sustainable Agriculture (COSA) at Alfred State College met recently to “seal the deal” with Agricultural Engineering Services, PLLC, (AES), Auburn, chosen by ASC to be the lead engineers for the College’s new Dairy Facility Expansion.

16th Annual Women's Basketball GameCoach Boyd recently invited former students to return to campus for an annual women's basketball game.

At the Monroe CC Classic, the Alfred State College men's basketball team split a pair of games.  The Pioneers defeated SUNY Delhi 70-69 in overtime on Saturday but fell 59-49 to CCAC Allegheny on Sunday.

The Alfred State College swimming team had a solid showing at their opening invitational of the season.  The men's team finished 2nd out of six teams at the Genesee CC Harvest Invitational while the women finished 3rd.

The Alfred State College men's cross country team finished as NJCAA Division III National Runner-Ups at the National Championship at Finger Lakes CC on Saturday.  ASC scored 70 points and trailed just SUNY Delhi's 22.

The Alfred State College women's cross country team entered the NJCAA Division III National Championships ranked #5 in the national poll and raced to a 5th place finish.  The Lady Pioneers scored a 141.

The Alfred State College football team couldn't capitalize on numerous scoring chances and fell 21-7 to #15 Nassau CC in their Northeast Football Conference finale.  ASC is now 3-6 (0-5 NFC) while Nassau is 7-2 (3-2 NFC).

Saturday's Alfred State College women's basketball game versus Cornell Club was cancelled due to transportation troubles.  The game will not be rescheduled.
