Camille Romero (Queens Village/Mary Louis) was named 1st team All-Region & All-WNYAC, Amie Brooks (Pavilion) was named 3rd team All-Region & All-WNYAC, and Shadeeka Campbell (Brooklyn/William Grady) was named honorable mention All-WNYAC.
The Alfred State College women's basketball teams 2010-11 season came to an end following a 78-65 loss to #1 seed Genesee CC in the semifinals of the Region III Division II Tournament. The Pioneers, the #4 seed, conclude the season with a 14-14 mark while the Cougars will take on #3 Mercyhurst North East in the tournament finals on Sunday.

Genesee CC used a 18-8 run late in the second half en route to a 70-62 victory over Alfred State in the regular season finale for both teams.
