The Alfred State cross country teams remained in the NJCAA Division III cross country poll following a strong showing at the Finger Lakes CC Invitational last Saturday. The women remain ranked #5 while the men moved up one spot to #7.

Alfred State freshman soccer player Hannah Holmok (Alfred Almond) has been named the college's athlete of the week by the sports information department. Holmok accumulated nine points in the Lady Pioneers two victories last week.
