Alfred State Vice President of Economic Development Dr. Craig Clark has recently been named to the Appalachian Regional Commission’s (ARC) Substance Abuse Advisory Council.
According to the ARC, the Council is a 24-member volunteer advisory group of leaders from law enforcement, recovery services, health, economic development, private industry, education, state government, and other sectors. The Council “will develop recommendations for ARC to consider as part of a strategic plan to build and strengthen recovery ecosystems in Appalachian communities,” ARC states.
