The Alfred State women's soccer team remained #4 in the October 10th version of the NJCAA Division III poll. The Lady Pioneers have spent the last three weeks at the #4 spot.
The poll that was formulated prior to the Lady Pioneers 2-1 victory over #2 Finger Lakes CC on Tuesday has the top four teams holding their spots. Ocean County College remains #1 followed by Finger Lakes, Mohawk Valley CC, and Alfred. Gloucester County College, Bunker Hill CC, Brookhaven College, Herkimer CCC, Montgomery College, Rochester CTC round out the top ten.
The Lady Pioneers are currently 13-1 and 12-0 in Region III play following last evening's victory. The blue & gold have rattled off thirteen straight victories after falling 3-0 to Monroe College, currently ranked #9 in NJCAA Division I.
Alfred will look to continue their winning ways on Thursday when they travel to Syracuse for a 2 p.m. contest with Bryant & Stratton.
