Erie CC shot 60.7% and scored 46 second half points to break open a three-point halftime lead in a 85-67 victory over Alfred State on Saturday.  The #6 ranked Kats improve to 22-2 (11-1 WNYAC) while ASC falls to 4-21.

Erie CC shot 60.7% and scored 46 second half points to break open a three-point halftime lead in a 85-67 victory over Alfred State on Saturday.  The #6 ranked Kats improve to 22-2 (11-1 WNYAC) while ASC falls to 4-21.

Tyshawn Edwards led all scorers with 27 points while God's Gift Achiuwa finished with 21 points and eight boards for ECC.  Sam Hattin chipped in nine.  ECC finished the day shooting 53.3% from the field and connected on seven three-pointers.

Younatan Gobezai (Bethesda, MD) led the Pioneers with 23 points and added seven rebounds.  Vince Antonioli (Wellsville) finished with 10, Patrick Parker (Jamaica/Hillcrest) finished with nine points and eight rebounds, and Milton Colquehoun (Silver Spring, MD) chipped in nine. 

ASC shot 37% from the field, 26.3% from three, and 47.1% from the foul line.
