Competitions took place in automotive service, carpentry, collision repair technology, commercial baking, culinary, diesel technology, masonry, precision machining, residential wiring, technical drafting, and welding.Winners will compete in the National SkillsUSA competition in Kansas City in June.

Regional winners preparing to compete at Nationals include:

  • Brennan Hardy, Canisteo, for automotive;
  • Andrew Catlin, Webster, for carpentry;
  • Logan Wannall, Groton, for collision repair technology;
  • Kacie George, Holland, for commercial baking;
  • Thomas D’Ambrosio, Phoenix, AZ, for culinary;
  • Rob Reinhart, Bergen, for diesel technology;
  • Tyler Nolan, Penfield, for precision machining;
  • Doug McNamara, Holland, for residential wiring;
  • Timothy Boldt, Cuba, for technical drafting;
  • Kyle Pietrzyk, Tonawanda, for welding; and
  • Cody Renwick, Unidilla, for masonry.
