After a scoreless first half, SUNY Dehli got on the board first but the Pioneers tied the game and sent the game into overtime on a penalty kick goal by Kevin Arilotta (Churchville Chili).
In net, sophomore Josh Kashuba (Marathon) made seven saves for the Blue and Gold to pick up the victory.
A-State returns to action in day two of the East-West Showdown at Jamestown CC on Sunday when they take on Hudson Valley CC at 11 a.m.
