Murphy ran the 2:25.23 in the 800 m to finish 5th. Her 4 points in the event led the Lady Pioneers to a 37th place finish out of 40 teams tha9 t scored in the event. Murphy was seeded 4th in the finals after running a 2:25.60 in the prelims.
Nagle scored 4,059 points in the two-day competition. He was just five points away from finishing in 7th. His highest scoring performance was in the pole vault when he recorded a leap of 4.35 m. He ran the 60 m hurdles in 9.78 and the 1,000 in 2:58.71. This follows running the 60 m dash in 8.20, leapt 5.63 m in the long jump, threw theTshot put 9.70 m, and recorded a jump of 1.77 in the high jump on Friday.
The Pioneers have a few weeks off before opening up the outdoor season.
