Lady Pioneers Remain #1

The 17-1 Alfred State women's soccer team remained in the top spot of this week's NJCAA Division III poll released today.  The Lady Pioneers have won 17-straight and are playing for the Region III Championship this weekend.

The Lady Pioneers are followed in the poll by Ocean County College, Finger Lakes CC, Mohawk Valley CC, and Brookdale CC.  Gloucester County College, Bunker Hill CC, Holyoke CC, Richland College, and Potomac State round out the top ten.

Alfred takes the field again on Saturday at 3 p.m. when they take on #4 seeded Broome CC in the Region III Division III A Tournament Finals.  The winner will advance to the NJCAA Division III Championships.
