Pioneers Drop 1-0 Decision to FLCC

The Alfred State men's soccer team saw their two-game winning streak come to an end following a 1-0 loss at Finger Lakes CC.  The Pioneers fall to 4-7-3 overall and 4-6-2 in Region III Division III play.

The Lakers scored the lone goal of the contest with 24 minutes left in the 1st half.  FLCC out shot the Pioneers 7 to 6 in the contest.

Nick Smith (Arkport) made five saves on the day for Alfred State.

The blue & gold return to action on Thursday when they take on Bryant & Stratton at 4 p.m.
