Lady Pioneers Fall to Jamestown

The Alfred State volleyball team fell 17-25, 22-25, 22-25 to Jamestown CC in a WNYAC match on Wednesday evening.  The Lady Pioneers are now 14-7, 1-3 WNYAC while the Jayhawks are 17-5, 2-2 WNYAC.

Lera Braun (Waterloo) led the way with 17 assists, nine digs, and seven kills for the blue & gold.  Michelle Wesolowski (Attica) finished with eight digs and six kills while Mercedes Bossard (Hornell) chipped in 17 digs.

The Lady Pioneers head to the Finger Lakes CC Pod on Saturday where they will face-off vs. Mohawk Valley CC, Herkimer CCC, and SUNY Delhi.
