Football Opener Cancelled

The Alfred State football team's 2012 season opener vs. Brockport JV slated for Labor Day has been cancelled.  The two teams will not make-up the game but Alfred will look to find a game for their open week to make up for this cancellation.

The Pioneers will now have another week before opening the season on Sept. 9 at Hartwick College.  The blue & gold will battle the JV Hawks starting at 1 p.m. in Oneonta.
