Lynn and Joyner Named Athletes of the Week

Jenna Lynn (York) and Alonzo Joyner (Queens/Information Technology) have been named the ASC Athletes of the Week by the SID office.

Lynn netted two goals in the Lady Pioneers soccer team's 7-0 victory over Erie CC.  The win propelled the blue & gold to the Region III Division III semfinals for the third straight year.  Lynn leads ASC with 12 goals on the season.

Joyner picked off two passes in the Pioneer football team's 11-7 loss at Wright State.  The interceptions were the first of his collegiate career.  He returned his two interceptions for a total of 38 yards.  He also was credited with five tackles (four solo and one assist).
