The Alfred State College men's soccer team closed out the regular season with a 5-0 loss to NJCAA Division I opponent Monroe CC.  The Pioneers close out the regular season with a 5-8-1 mark (4-7-1 Region III Division III).

The Tribunes netted two goals in the first half and added three more in the second to seal the victory. Cody Winter (North Rose-Wolcott) had one goal and one assist and Seamus Sharkey scored twice for MCC (11-3-1).

The blue & gold shift their focus to the Region III Division III tournament in which they have been seeded #12.  They will travel to #5 Onondaga CC for a 1 p.m. contest with the Lazers on Saturday.  The Pioneers will be making their 10th trip to the Regional Tournament in the past 11 years.  The winner of the 1st round contest will travel to #4 Tompkins Cortland CC in the quarterfinals.  ASC did not play OCC in the regular season.
