Women's Soccer Team Ranked #7 Heading Into Postseason

The Alfred State College women's soccer team moved up one spot in the latest NJCAA Division III poll.  After three weeks in the #8 spot, the Lady Pioneers are now #7 as they head into the postseason.

The Lady Pioneers wrapped up their regular season last week with two tough contests.  They fell 1-0 to #2 ranked Finger Lakes CC and 1-0 in overtime to Region III Division I power Monroe CC.

ASC will learn their seed for the upcoming Region III Division III Tournament on Wednesday evening.  The tournament will feature five teams in this week's NJCAA Division III poll.  FLCC is #2, Jamestown Olean is #4, ASC is #7, Tompkins Cortland CC is #8, and Herkimer CCC is #10.
