Schedule Set for East-West Showdown

The Alfred State College men's soccer team will open up their 2011-12 season this weekend at the East-West Showdown.  The rotating tournament will be held at SUNY Delhi this season.

The Pioneers will take on host SUNY Delhi at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday to open up their campaign and then will play at Noon on Sunday versus Mohawk Valley CC.  Jamestown CC is the fourth team in the two-day classic format tournament.

The East-West Showdown starts the Pioneers opening six-game road trip. The Pioneers are not home until September 22 when they host Broome CC.

ASC looks to improve on their 4-9-2 record of 2010.
