Pioneers Remain in 10th

After the third day of the NJCAA Swimming National Championships, the Alfred State College men's team remains in 10th place.  The Pioneers have scored 58 points in the competition.

The 200 medley relay team of Wade Harrington (Campbell Savona), Tim Guarino (Cornwall), Jake Giglio (Hornell), and Josh Stellrecht (Oakfield Alabama) finished 12th in 1:54.03.

Ethan Wright (Clyde Savannah) earned points in the 100 fly with a 15th place finish (57.03).

Erin Baum (Dryden), the lone Lady Pioneer in the competition, got ASC on the board in the women's competition with a 16th place finish in the 100 fly (1:17.75).

The final day of the event begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday with the preliminaries and finishes up with the finals at 6 p.m.
