Scepaniak Signs with Northern Michigan

Alfred State College quarterback Cody Scepaniak (Vestal) has signed and is enrolled this spring at Northern Michigan University.  Scepaniak will compete for the starting quarterback job this spring and fall for the Wildcats.

Scepaniak was 60 for 138 yards and six scores for the Pioneers in 2010.  He passed for 819 yards, rushed for a team high 244 yards on 109 carries, and caught nine passes for 100 yards.

Scepaniak, who transferred to Alfred State from Lackawanna after his freshman season, played in all ten games for the 4-6 Pioneers.  He lined up at quarterback, running back, and wing back.
