Cross Country Enters Regionals Ranked #4 & #8

The Alfred State College cross country teams maintained their spots in the latest NJCAA Division III poll as the Pioneers prepare for the Region III Championships this weekend.  The men are ranked #4 while the women are ranked #8.

Both the men and the women's team had the past weekend off as the prepared for the Regionals this weekend at Finger Lakes CC.  The women will race at 11 a.m. while the men take off at 11:45 a.m.

The Pioneers will be joined by a handful of nationally ranked teams at regionals.  On the men's side, #1 SUNY Delhi, #5 Mohawk Valley CC, #7 Hudson Valley CC, #8 Broome CC, and #9 Finger Lakes CC join Alfred State in the poll. #1 MVCC, #2 Delhi, #7 BCC, and #10 FLCC represent Region III in the women's poll.

Both the men and women have been ranked in every NJCAA Division III poll this season.
